- Title: Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative
- Pay Rate: $60,000+ (DOE) + Performance-Based Bonuses
- Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday

We
are seeking a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Inside Sales and
Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.
This role is essential in supporting our customers, driving sales growth, and
ensuring exceptional service throughout the customer experience.
Inside Sales/CSR Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with existing law enforcement agencies, departments, dealers, and organizational customers.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through outbound calls, email outreach, referrals, and lead follow-up.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, video conferencing, and in-person meetings when needed.
- Educate customers on product features, applications, and benefits across our communications and protective equipment product lines.
- Prepare formal quotations, process sales orders, and coordinate order fulfillment with internal teams.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide technical or product-related information.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records within CRM and order management systems.
- Collaborate with operations, production, and customer service teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed on industry trends, law enforcement equipment needs, and company product offerings.
Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of successful inside sales, account management, or customer service experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable managing a high volume of phone calls, emails, and customer interactions daily.
- Confident presenting products and solutions to professional organizations and decision-makers.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Experience using CRM or order management software such as OrderTime or similar platforms.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively within a team environment.
- Interest or experience in law enforcement, tactical equipment, communications systems, or public safety industries is a plus.
