Exact Staff is hiring a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Order Puller to join a busy warehouse team in Oxnard, CA. This full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity offers a consistent Monday-Friday schedule and the potential for long-term employment. The ideal candidate has previous warehouse experience, hands-on forklift experience operating a sit-down, 3-wheel electric forklift, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You’ll accurately pull and prepare customer orders, handle incoming and outgoing shipments, maintain inventory, and keep warehouse operations running smoothly. Weekly pay included.

This position is ideal for individuals with warehouse, order picking, forklift, or shipping and receiving experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Accurately pull, pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Read and interpret customer orders, work orders, and shipping documents
• Assist with shipping and receiving, including loading and unloading trucks
• Safely operate a sit-down, 3-wheel electric forklift to move and organize warehouse materials
• Verify incoming merchandise and match items with purchase orders
• Organize, sort, and store materials in designated warehouse locations
• Move products between receiving, storage, and shipping areas
• Label and identify materials accurately
• Record inventory transactions using warehouse computer systems
• Assist with physical inventory counts and stock verification
• Weigh, count, and organize products for distribution
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required protective equipment
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous hands-on forklift operating experience required
• Experience operating a sit-down, 3-wheel electric forklift strongly preferred
• Forklift certification preferred but not required
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum 3 months of warehouse or related experience, or equivalent training
• Previous order pulling, picking, packing, or shipping and receiving experience preferred
• Ability to read and understand work orders, shipping documents, and safety instructions
• Basic computer and inventory management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying inventory
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Ability to lift and move 40-70 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, kneeling, and crouching
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks in a warehouse environment

Pay, Schedule, and Location:

• Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
• Shifts Available: First Shift, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Location: Oxnard, CA
