Exact Staff is hiring a Part-Time Accounts Receivable / Logistics Associate for a growing, family-owned third-party logistics (3PL) and freight brokerage company based in Ontario, CA. Our client specializes in coordinating the efficient movement of freight across the United States, providing reliable transportation, logistics, and supply chain solutions. They're seeking dependable associates looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with a company that values teamwork, growth, and employee success.

This position is ideal for individuals with accounts receivable, invoicing, or logistics/freight brokerage experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Perform accounts receivable duties
• Collect and process invoices
• Support day-to-day logistics and freight operations as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of related accounts receivable or logistics experience required
• Logistics experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced office/logistics environment

Pay, Schedule, and Location:

• Pay Rate: $18.00/hour, DOE
• Schedule: Part-Time, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (20–24 hours per week)
• Shifts Available: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch, 8-hour shifts)
• Location: Ontario, CA
