Exact Staff is hiring a Logistics Coordinator for a growing, family-owned third-party logistics (3PL) and freight brokerage company based in Ontario, CA. Our client specializes in coordinating the efficient movement of freight across the United States, providing reliable transportation, logistics, and supply chain solutions. They're seeking dependable associates looking for a stable, long-term career opportunity with a company that values teamwork, growth, and employee success. This is a long-term, temp-to-hire opportunity with steady work and weekly pay.
This position is ideal for individuals with logistics coordination, dispatch, or freight brokerage experience.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Coordinate shipments, pickups, and deliveries
- Communicate with clients and dispatch drivers
- Schedule and manage freight bookings
- Prepare and manage Bills of Lading (BOLs)
- Answer phones and provide administrative support
- Provide strong customer service to clients and drivers
Qualifications:
- Logistics coordination experience required
- Experience with Bills of Lading (BOLs) required
- Customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Experience with the DAT load board/program a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Pay, Schedule, and Location:
- Pay Rate: $20.00/hour, DOE
- Schedule: Full-Time, Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (Off Tuesday & Saturday)
- Shifts Available: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
- Location: Ontario, CA
