Elkton, MD 21921 | Temporary | First Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

Exact Staff is hiring dependable, detail-oriented Picker/Packers for a manufacturing warehouse in Elkton, MD. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment. You’ll pick, inspect, pack, label, and prepare products for shipment while maintaining quality standards and a safe, organized work area. No two days are exactly alike. This is a temporary opportunity with weekly pay.

This position is ideal for individuals with warehouse, manufacturing, production, picking, or packing experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Pick and pack products according to orders and production specifications
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment
• Sort, organize, and stage materials as needed
• Follow production guidelines and established quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Meet daily production goals and quality expectations
• Communicate product discrepancies or issues to supervisors

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, picking, or packing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow basic written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Dependable, with reliable attendance and punctuality
• Good organizational skills and a strong work ethic
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive movements
• Ability to lift and move materials as required, up to 50 lbs
• Ability to perform repetitive picking, packing, and product-handling tasks

Pay, Schedule, and Location:

• Pay Rate: $16.50/hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Shifts Available: First Shift, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Location: Elkton, MD 21921
• Temporary position
