Elkton, MD | Full-Time | First Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

Exact Staff is hiring a Warehouse Associate / Utility Person for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Elkton, MD. This is a hands-on warehouse and production support role responsible for assisting with daily operations, handling materials, maintaining an organized work area, and supporting production as needed. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy physical, hands-on work and are comfortable in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.

This position is ideal for individuals with warehouse, manufacturing, production, material handling, or general labor experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Support daily warehouse and production operations
• Assist with moving, handling, staging, and organizing materials
• Load, unload, and transport materials as needed
• Assist production employees with general operational tasks
• Keep materials, supplies, and work areas organized
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment
• Follow company safety procedures and workplace guidelines
• Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors and team leads
• Perform repetitive and physically active tasks as required
• Work efficiently while maintaining attention to safety and quality
• Assist with general warehouse duties and other tasks as assigned
• Work effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and other team members

Qualifications:

• Excellent attendance and dependability required
• Steel-toe boots required
• Must be able to comply with company facial-hair requirements related to workplace safety/PPE
• Ability to work on your feet and perform physical, hands-on work throughout the shift
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required by the position
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable working in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, material handling, or general labor experience a plus

Pay, Schedule, and Location:

• Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
• Shifts Available: First Shift, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Location: Elkton, MD 21921
• Temp-to-hire opportunity
