Lincoln, CA 95648 | Full-Time | Day Shift

We are hiring dependable Picker/Packers to join our warehouse team in Lincoln, CA. This position is ideal for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, safety-conscious, and willing to learn. The selected candidate will be responsible for picking and packing orders, preparing products for shipment, and maintaining an organized and safe work environment.

This position also requires employees to work at elevated heights and learn how to safely operate an order picker. Candidates must be comfortable working at heights and willing to complete the necessary training.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Picking products accurately according to customer orders
• Packing and preparing orders for shipment
• Verifying product quantities and order accuracy
• Labeling and organizing packages
• Moving products throughout the warehouse as needed
• Learning and safely operating an order picker
• Working at elevated heights when operating an order picker
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Following all workplace safety procedures
• Meeting daily productivity and accuracy expectations
• Working effectively with team members and supervisors
• Performing additional warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or general labor experience is preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn how to safely operate an order picker
• Must be comfortable working at heights and not afraid of heights
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift, carry, and move products as required
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to follow directions and safety procedures
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Must be flexible and willing to work overtime when required

Pay, Schedule, and Location:

• Pay Rate: $17.00/hr
• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
• Shift: Day Shift, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Overtime: Must be flexible and willing to work overtime when required
