Exact Staff is seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Line Worker for our client, a leading supplement company in Gardena, CA. Job Type: Full-Time (Potential Temp-to-Hire)

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production line equipment efficiently and safely.
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures.

 

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous manufacturing experience required, with a strong preference for experience in the beauty or supplement industries.
• Reliability: Must be dependable and able to work varying schedules based on production needs.
• Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing production schedules. Supervisors will provide advance notice of anticipated work hours.
• Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
