Exact Staff is hiring for our client in Commerce, CA. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting products, identifying defects, and ensuring products meet established quality standards.

This position is ideal for individuals with quality control, product inspection, manufacturing, or production experience who take pride in accuracy and maintaining high-quality standards.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Inspect products and materials to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
Identify and report product defects, inconsistencies, or quality concerns
Perform visual inspections throughout the production process
Verify product labels, packaging, and overall product appearance
Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records
Separate defective products and notify supervisors of quality issues
Follow company procedures and workplace safety guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work with the production team to help ensure product quality and consistency

Qualifications:

Previous quality control, inspection, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to identify defects and inconsistencies
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks as needed
Reliable attendance and punctuality

Pay, Schedule, and Location

Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
Schedule: Full-Time, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Location: Commerce, CA 90040
