This client specializes in high-quality ceramic, glass, and mosaic tile products and operates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Supply Chain Assistant Overview
The Supply Chain Assistant will support day-to-day inventory control, purchasing activities, and internal material coordination. This role requires strong attention to detail, comfort working with data, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams onsite.

• Job Title: Supply Chain Assistant
  Location: Harbor City, CA (90710)
  Schedule: 8am-5pm (Monday thru Friday)
  Pay Range: $19-22/hour (DOE)
  

Supply Chain Assistant Key Responsibilities

• Process inventory transactions, including material transfers and adjustments, using Microsoft Office tools and ERP systems
• Create, monitor, and track purchase orders for supplies and operational materials
• Maintain accurate and timely data entry for inventory and purchasing records
• Coordinate internal material requests and assist with fulfillment across departments
• Communicate effectively with team members via Microsoft Teams and email
• Provide administrative and transactional support to the Supply Chain Manager
• Assist with additional tasks and projects as needed

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Microsoft Teams
• Experience with ERP systems; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
• Reliable attendance and ability to work onsite daily in Harbor City, CA
• Prior experience in supply chain, inventory management, or administrative support preferred
