Eugene, OR 97402 | Full-Time | Swing Shift (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM)

Exact Staff is hiring a dependable and experienced Swing Shift Plant Supervisor for our client in Eugene, OR. In this role, you’ll oversee evening operations, support production and shipping activities, and ensure the facility operates safely and efficiently. You’ll carry out the daily goals established by day shift, support swing shift employees and supervisors, coordinate with other departments, and ensure the facility is properly shut down at the end of the shift. This is a steady, full-time opportunity with weekly pay.

This position is ideal for individuals with supervisory or management experience in a plant, manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Carry out the daily plans, goals, and objectives established by day shift
• Assist, supervise, and provide support to swing shift employees and supervisors as needed
• Coordinate with plant management and department supervisors to ensure a smooth transition between shifts
• Communicate with shipping personnel regarding orders, truck schedules, and shipment priorities
• Monitor production progress and coordinate with processing personnel regarding parts, workflow, and operational needs
• Communicate maintenance concerns, equipment issues, and operational challenges to the appropriate personnel
• Address questions, concerns, and challenges that arise during the shift
• Ensure daily operational goals are completed and the facility is properly shut down at the end of the shift
• Support a safe, organized, and efficient work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory or management experience in a plant, manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to coordinate daily operations and support employees across departments
• Ability to communicate effectively with management and department supervisors
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond to operational challenges
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability for shift responsibilities

Pay, Schedule, and Location:

• Pay Rate: $28.00/hour
• Schedule: Full-Time
• Shifts Available: Swing Shift, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
• Location: Eugene, OR 97402
