Exact Staff is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Deburr & Oil Production Associate to join a manufacturing team in Oxnard, CA. This is a hands-on production position responsible for preparing, cleaning, inspecting, and finishing metal components. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with hand tools, performing repetitive tasks, and following detailed work instructions in a manufacturing environment. This is a steady, full-time opportunity with weekly pay and the chance to gain valuable manufacturing experience.

This position is ideal for individuals with manufacturing, production, assembly, deburring, or machine shop experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Deburr and remove sharp edges or excess material from manufactured parts
• Clean and prepare parts for the next stage of production
• Apply oil or protective coatings as required
• Inspect finished parts for quality, damage, or defects
• Use basic hand tools and production equipment
• Sort, organize, and move parts throughout the production area
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform other production and assembly duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine shop experience preferred
• Experience using hand tools a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle production materials
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Must be safety-conscious and quality-focused

Pay, Schedule, and Location:

• Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
• Shifts Available: First Shift
• Location: Oxnard, CA
