Dallas, TX | Full-Time | Weekend Night Shift (Saturday–Monday)

Exact Staff is currently seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join our team at a Sortation Center in Dallas, TX. This clean, secure, and well-maintained gated facility offers steady work, weekly pay, and the opportunity to transition into long-term employment while playing a key role in ensuring online customer orders are processed and delivered efficiently.

This position is ideal for individuals with warehouse, logistics, or general labor experience who can commit to weekend night shifts.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Load and unload packages from trucks and containers
• Sort and organize bagged and boxed online orders
• Prepare shipments for delivery to customers
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines

Qualifications:

• Warehouse or logistics experience preferred
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and walk for extended periods
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to schedule changes based on business needs
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Pay Rate: $19.75 - $20.75/hour
• Schedule: Weekend Night Shift, Saturday – Monday (additional hours may be required based on business needs; mandatory overtime may occur during peak weeks and peak seasons)
• Location: Dallas, TX
