Exact Staff is currently seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join our team at our Sortation Center in Dallas, TX. This is a clean, secure, and well-maintained gated facility offering a great opportunity to gain warehouse experience and potentially transition into a long-term employment opportunity.

We are looking for individuals who are dependable and able to commit to weekend night shifts (Saturday–Monday). This role plays an important part in ensuring that online customer orders are processed and delivered efficiently.

Schedule

• Weekend Night Shift: Saturday – Monday Payrate $19.75 - $20.75
• Additional hours may be required depending on business needs
• Mandatory overtime may occur during peak weeks and peak seasons

Job Responsibilities

• Load and unload packages from trucks and containers
• Sort and organize bagged and boxed online orders
• Prepare shipments for delivery to customers
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to schedule changes based on client needs
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
