Exact Staff is hiring for an upcoming peak season at a newer, clean, and secure gated Sortation Center in Dallas, TX supporting high-volume online order fulfillment. This is a temporary assignment offering steady work, weekly pay, and the potential to lead to a long-term job opportunity for strong performers.

This position is ideal for individuals with warehouse, logistics, or general labor experience who are flexible with schedules and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Load and unload packages from trucks and containers
• Sort pre-bagged and boxed online orders
• Rotate through different functions to ensure items are processed efficiently
• Prepare shipments for timely delivery to customers
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines

Qualifications:

• Warehouse or logistics experience preferred
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and walk for extended periods
• Ability to work flexible days and hours, as schedules may change based on client needs
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Pay Rate: $18.25/hour (Morning Shift) or $19.75/hour (Night Shift)
• Shifts Available:
  • Morning: 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM, Sunday–Tuesday or Wednesday–Saturday
  • Night: 10:00 PM – 2:00 AM, Sunday–Tuesday or Wednesday–Saturday
• Additional hours may be required based on business needs; mandatory overtime is required during peak weeks and peak season
• Location: Dallas, TX
