Job Description:

Exact Staff is hiring for our client. We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Labor Helpers to join a growing gutter installation company in Mount Airy, MD. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with construction, installation, or general labor experience who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a team.

As a General Labor Helper, you will assist experienced gutter installers on residential and commercial job sites while learning valuable construction and installation skills. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential.

Responsibilities

Assist gutter installation crews on residential and commercial projects
Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
Support installers from the ground during installations
Clean and maintain work areas before, during, and after projects
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Follow all company safety procedures and job site guidelines
Perform general labor duties as assigned

Qualifications

Previous construction, installation, roofing, landscaping, or general labor experience preferred
Ability to use hand and power tools including drills, hammers, socket sets, and other basic construction tools
Valid driver's license required
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the workday
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Pay, Schedule, and Location

Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Shift Start Time: Between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM (based on project schedule)
Shift Length: 8-hour workday
Location: Mount Airy, MD 21771
