Chatsworth, CA | Full-Time | 1st Shift – 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday

We are hiring for one of our big clients in the Chatsworth area. Our client is a well-established and family-owned aerospace manufacturer, specializing in custom connectors and cable assemblies. We are searching for a smart Quality Control Inspector to join our client’s operation, located in Chatsworth, CA.

As the Quality Control Inspector, you will be specifically focusing on final assemblies. This means that you will be responsible for verifying part markings, finish, and the overall project as specified on the customer order. You will also make sure that all correct components for value match what is stated in the OEM assembly manual.

You will also:

·         Ensure that the required certifications are included in the final shipment

·         Complete the Certificate of Conformance on the shipments of products, as required by the purchase order.

·         Make sure the inspection travelers are complete, and that all operations are signed off and dated properly

·         Maintain and update customer drawings as per quality specifications

·         Other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

·         You have at least 3 or more years of Quality Control or Quality Assurance experience in the Aerospace field.

·         You must be proficient in using measuring tools, such as calipers, micrometers, and drop indicators.

·         You have a working knowledge of military specifications and QPLs

·         You know how to use MS Office products, such as Word and Excel

·         You work well in a team

·         You can read and understand instructions in English

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Pay Rate: 27
• Schedule: Full-time
• Shifts Available: 1st Shift (Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm)
