Fresno, CA | Full-Time | 1st Shift Available

Our team is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Associate / Builder Sales Associate to join their team in Fresno. This position is responsible for assisting customers with product selections, providing product recommendations, and delivering exceptional customer service while meeting sales goals. The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Provide product information, pricing, and recommendations to support purchasing decisions.
• Meet or exceed established sales goals and targets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, features, and promotions.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Assist customers with warranty information and guide them through the warranty process.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional sales environment.
• Assist with inventory management and maintaining accurate sales records.
• Provide excellent customer service while building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience, preferably in retail or a related field.
• Experience selling appliances, electronics, jewelry, groceries, lighting, furniture, plumbing, or similar products is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher is required.
• Ability to perform basic retail math calculations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Technical product knowledge or technical sales experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Valid driver's license required and must be able to reliably commute.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Pay Rate: $56,000–$80,000 per year + commission
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Mon–Sat, between 7:30 AM and 7:00 PM. Associates receive one weekday off. Closed Sundays.
