Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Shop Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership abilities and hands-on experience in CNC machining, particularly within plastic mold injection manufacturing. You will oversee daily shop activities, ensure production goals are met, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Job Title: CNC Shop Supervisor (Plastic Mold Injection Experience Required)
Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Pay: High $20s/hour (DOE – Depending on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate CNC machining operations during 2nd shift
  • Lead, train, and support machinists and shop personnel
  • Set up and troubleshoot CNC machines
  • Interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical specifications
  • Ensure quality standards are met for plastic mold injection components
  • Monitor workflow, productivity, and efficiency improvements
  • Enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
  • Collaborate with production teams to meet deadlines

Qualifications:

  • CNC machining experience, with supervisory or lead experience preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
