Exact Staff is seeking an experienced Client Acquisition Sales Manager (CASM) to join our energetic, goal-oriented team in Ontario, CA. As a CASM, you’ll dive headfirst into creating and managing professional relationships with new and pre-existing clients, get in front of decisionmakers in your local community, and drive revenue growth for your branch. This position is dedicated to developing new client relationships, identifying staffing needs within the talent solutions industry, and making sales.

• Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 per year + Unlimited Commission Potential

• Expand our clientele through outside sales activities (including cold calling, prospecting, client visits, and local networking)
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with client decision-makers
• Identify new business opportunities within various industries and staffing verticals

• Someone eager to utilize their business, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proven success in B2B sales, business development, or staffing sales
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (car reimbursement provided)
• Someone confident in their ability to conduct business in English and Spanish, as needed
