We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator / Project Manager to join our growing commercial construction team. This is a key leadership role responsible for both winning work through accurate, competitive estimates and successfully delivering projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $110,000 – $155,000 (based on experience)

Estimator Responsibilities

• Review construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents to prepare accurate electrical estimates
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs for labor, materials, and equipment
• Price labor and materials using industry-standard databases and historical data
• Solicit, analyze, and level vendor and subcontractor quotes
• Develop value engineering options to improve bid competitiveness
• Prepare bid proposals, scope letters, and clarifications
• Attend pre-bid meetings and coordinate with general contractors and clients
• Transition awarded projects to project management and field teams

Estimator Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience estimating commercial electrical construction
• Strong understanding of construction documents, NEC, and electrical systems
• Proficiency with estimating software (Accubid, McCormick, or similar)
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously

Project Manager Responsibilities

• Manage commercial electrical projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Develop and control project schedules, budgets, manpower, and procurement
• Coordinate with clients, general contractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications
• Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, safety standards, and quality requirements
• Collaborate with field supervisors and foremen on daily operations
• Track job costs and profitability in coordination with accounting
• Represent the company professionally at jobsite and client meetings

Project Manager Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial electrical construction projects
• Strong knowledge of NEC, local codes, and construction sequencing
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar platforms
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience preferred
