Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Irrigation Assembler to join our client’s team in Fresno! The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling irrigation systems and components, ensuring high-quality standards, and adhering to safety protocols. As an assembler, you will work closely with other team members to deliver products that meet customer specifications and support the efficient operation of our irrigation solutions.
Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $20.0, DOE
Shift: Day, Monday – Friday, 8AM – 4:30PM
Location: Fresno, California

Key Responsibilities:
· Assemble irrigation components, including pipes, valves, fittings, and sprinklers, according to technical specifications and blueprints.
· Ensure all parts are assembled accurately, securely, and meet quality standards.
· Test assembled irrigation systems to ensure functionality and performance.
· Inspect finished products for defects and adjust as necessary.
· Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
· Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored.
· Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
· Report any issues or concerns related to materials, equipment, or assembly processes to supervisors.
· Keep accurate records of work completed and assist with inventory management as needed.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in mechanical or industrial assembly is a plus.
· Proven experience in assembly, particularly in the irrigation, plumbing, or construction industries, is preferred.
· Familiarity with irrigation systems, tools, and components is highly desirable.
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Good physical stamina, able to lift and carry materials up to [weight limit] pounds.
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
· Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
Requirements:
· Familiarity with hand tools
· Fast learner
· Prior experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a similar role is preferred
· Strong attention to detail
· Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift to 45 lbs.
· Knowledge of RF scanners
· Ability to follow directions and stay focused (no phone use while working)
· Must pass a drug screen and background check.
