Valencia, CA | Temporary | Multiple Shifts Available

 

Exact Staff is hiring Order Pickers/Packers for a full-service packaging distributor supporting the automotive, chemical, cosmetic, food, and personal care industries. With over 40 years of experience, this company specializes in sourcing high-quality packaging components and delivering custom solutions. This is a great opportunity for steady work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with weekly pay and room to grow.

 

This position is ideal for individuals with prior warehouse, packing, or unloading experience.

 

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Pick, pack, and prepare products efficiently and accurately for shipment
  • Inspect incoming and outgoing items for quality and accuracy
  • Organize and stage materials for distribution
  • Follow all safety and operational guidelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily goals

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous warehouse, packing, or unloading experience preferred
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to [X] lbs
  • Comfortable standing, walking, and performing physical tasks for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and dependability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting

 

Pay, Schedule, and Location

Pay Rate: $18.47/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday Shifts Available: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (6:00 AM–2:30 PM as needed)

Location: Valencia, CA 91355
