Valencia, CA | Full-Time | Seasonal-Temporary | First Shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, weekends as needed)

Exact Staff is hiring Warehouse Packers / Pickers for a busy logistics and fulfillment operation in Valencia, CA. This position will support daily warehouse operations by picking products, packing orders, and labeling boxes for shipment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and able to perform repetitive physical tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality. This is a seasonal, full-time opportunity with weekly pay.

This position is ideal for individuals with warehouse, packing, picking, or fulfillment experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Pick products accurately according to customer orders and warehouse instructions
• Pack products into boxes and prepare orders for shipment
• Apply labels to boxes, cartons, and packages accurately
• Verify products, quantities, and labels for order accuracy
• Organize products and materials throughout the warehouse
• Prepare completed orders for shipment or staging
• Handle products carefully to prevent damage
• Follow warehouse procedures and instructions from supervisors
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Assist with other general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, packing, picking, or fulfillment experience preferred
• Experience with picking, packing, labeling, or order fulfillment a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to frequently bend, reach, stretch, squat, and twist
• Ability to lift and move products throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
• Must be flexible to work weekends as needed
• Ability to work cooperatively with supervisors and team members

Pay, Schedule, and Location:

• Pay Rate: $16.90/hour
• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, weekends as needed
• Shifts Available: First Shift, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Location: Valencia, CA
• Seasonal-temporary opportunity
