Exact Staff is seeking an experienced Recruiter for a fast-paced 3PL and order fulfillment provider in Valencia, CA. This position will support recruiting needs across multiple locations and manage the full-cycle recruiting process.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of recruiting experience, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and have strong communication and organizational skills. If you are an experienced recruiter looking for a steady full-time opportunity, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

•           Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing candidates through hiring and onboarding.

•           Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and open positions.

•           Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting methods.

•           Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews.

•           Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.

•           Recruit and communicate with candidates in both English and Spanish.

•           Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

•           Post and update job openings as needed.

•           Coordinate background checks, drug screens, and other pre-employment requirements.

•           Assist with new hire paperwork and onboarding.

•           Maintain accurate candidate and employee information in recruiting and HR systems.

•           Use Paycom and other systems to update candidate information and track recruiting activity.

•           Support recruiting projects and staffing needs across multiple locations.

Qualifications:

•           High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.

•           2+ years of recruiting experience required.

•           Full-cycle recruiting experience required.

•           Bilingual English/Spanish required.

•           High-volume or multi-location recruiting experience preferred.

•           Previous Paycom experience is a plus.

•           Strong communication and organizational skills.

•           Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities.

•           Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR/recruiting systems.

•           Professional and customer-service-oriented approach.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

•           Pay Rate: $23-$25/HR

•           Schedule: Full-Time

•           Shifts Available: Monday-Friday

•           Location: Valencia, CA
