Exact Staff is hiring for our school district clients throughout Los Angeles County. We are seeking dependable Janitorial Staff to help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming learning environments for students and staff.

If you have previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or sanitation experience and are looking for flexible work with competitive pay, we want to hear from you.

This position is ideal for individuals with experience in janitorial services, custodial work, housekeeping, environmental services, or commercial cleaning.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Cleaning and maintaining school campuses, including:
• Hallways
• Classrooms
• Offices
• Restrooms
• Cafeterias and eating areas
• Courtyards
• Common seating areas
• Gymnasiums
• Sanitizing high-touch surfaces, including:
• Desks and tables
• Door handles
• Handrails
• Vending machines
• Shared toys and equipment
• Properly using cleaning chemicals and disinfectants according to safety guidelines and manufacturer instructions.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the school campus.
• Communicating effectively with school administrators, teachers, staff, and Exact Staff supervisors.
• Following all workplace safety procedures and school health protocols.

Qualifications:

• Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or sanitation experience preferred.
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working in an active school environment around students and staff.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to pass all post-offer, pre-employment requirements, including a criminal background check, drug screening, and TB screening.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Pay Rate: $19.25/hour
• Schedule: Flexible
• Shifts Available: On-Call, Monday–Friday
• Location: Los Angeles County
