We are hiring for a hands-on Field Sales Manager to support our in-person, door-to-door sales team. This role is best suited for someone who has real door-to-door or field sales experience and understands how to book appointments, follow up consistently, and support a growing sales team.

• Location: Valencia, CA (In-office & field work required)
• Pay: $26.00–$30.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Schedule: Full-time | Temp to Hire
  

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Book, confirm, and manage qualified appointments
• Handle scheduling, reschedules, and follow-ups
• Track appointment show rates and flag issues early

Sales Training & Enablement:

• Run in-person and Zoom sales trainings
• Onboard new reps (scripts, product, process)
• Reinforce door-knocking best practices and objection handling
• Coordinate ride-alongs and field training

Sales Recruiting & Follow-Up:

• Follow up with sales candidates after interviews
• Keep new reps engaged through onboarding
• Track rep activation and participation
• Maintain consistent communication with reps

Reporting & Accountability:

• Track appointments booked vs. held
• Monitor rep activity and training attendance
• Report performance insights to leadership
• Help keep the team accountable and productive

 

Qualifications:

• Door-to-door sales experience required
• 2+ years in sales support, field sales leadership, or enablement
• Comfortable leading in-person trainings with strong communication skills
• Outstanding organization and follow-up skills
• CRM or sales tracking experience preferred
