Job Description:

Valencia, CA 91355 | Temporary | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (6:00 AM–2:30 PM as needed)

Exact Staff is hiring for our client, a leading packaging distribution company serving industries including automotive, food, cosmetics, chemical, and personal care products. With more than 40 years of industry experience, our client is known for delivering high-quality packaging solutions and exceptional customer service.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active, working in a team environment, and being part of a fast-moving operation, with warehouse, order picking, packing, or unloading experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Preparing products and materials for shipment
  • Loading and unloading trucks, containers, and incoming deliveries
  • Inspecting products for quality, accuracy, and damage
  • Organizing, staging, and moving materials throughout the warehouse
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Following warehouse procedures and safety guidelines
  • Working as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Qualifications:

  • Previous warehouse, order picking, packing, or unloading experience preferred
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift and move materials as required
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Dependable attendance and a positive work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Pay, Schedule, and Location

  • Pay Rate: $18.47/hr
  • Schedule: Temporary, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (6:00 AM–2:30 PM as needed)
  • Location: Valencia, CA 91355
