We are hiring an Inventory Manager that oversees inventory for water filtration products, replacement filters, and related supplies. The ideal Inventory Manager ensures accurate tracking, timely restocking, and smooth warehouse operations while reducing shortages, waste, and excess inventory.

• Location: Valencia, CA
• Pay Rate: $18.00- $23.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Schedule: Full- Time | Temp to Hire

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and manage inventory levels for finished products, filters, and components
• Forecast inventory needs based on sales and demand
• Prevent stockouts, backorders, and overstock
• Monitor lot numbers, shelf life, and expiration dates

Warehouse Operations:

• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
• Ensure inventory is labeled, organized, and stored properly
• Perform cycle counts and physical inventories
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies

Systems & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records in inventory or ERP systems
• Create reports on inventory levels, turnover, and aging stock
• Identify trends and cost-saving opportunities

• Work with Purchasing, Sales, Production, and Customer Service teams
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment
• Support audits and ensure proper handling of regulated products
• Help reduce waste, damage, and obsolete inventory

 

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of inventory or warehouse experience
• Experience with inventory or ERP systems
• Strong organization, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage high-volume inventory and multiple SKUs

• Experience in water filtration, manufacturing, or regulated products
• Knowledge of lot tracking and expiration management
• Experience with e-commerce or subscription products
