Exact Staff is hiring a Client Services Representative in Valencia, CA for an in-office role starting immediately. If you are an organized, detail-driven professional with strong data entry skills and a passion for customer service — this is the opportunity for you!

Pay & Schedule

• $19.00/hr
• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
• 40 hours per week with some overtime flexibility
• Full time | Temp-to-Hire
• In-office role
• Start date: ASAP

What You'll Do

• Perform heavy data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and team members
• Build, format, and maintain spreadsheets and accurate system and report entries
• Manage priorities, workflow, and multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ensure accuracy in all system and reporting entries
• Work independently and collaboratively as a self-directed team player
• Adapt effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of customer service or client services experience preferred
• Heavy data entry experience with strong accuracy — attention to detail is a must
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office
• Data entry and clerical experience including basic math
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills — English competency required
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and multiple tasks
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, committed, and punctual with a strong attendance record
