Exact Staff is seeking for a motivated and reliable Assistant Supervisor for a fast-paced dry cleaner facility in Valencia, CA! The right candidate supports the Team Lead and manages permanent and temporary staff in overseeing daily operations, coordinating employee activities, and ensuring productivity and quality standards are met. This role helps guide team members, provides training and support, and assists in maintaining an efficient and positive work environment. ·         Part-time, Temp-to-Hire

·         Schedule: Monday-Thursday 5PM-2AM

·         Pay Rate: $19-$22/ HR (DOE)

·         Location: Valencia, CA

Requirements:

• Supervise daily laundry processing operations, including washing, drying, folding and packaging.
• Monitor equipment functionality and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Ability to work to deadlines and reach production objectives and goals while maintaining high-quality standards
• Must be prepared to step in, in the absence of the Team Lead.
• Organize schedules, assign tasks, and ensure staff has met the required demand.
• Train new employees on equipment, safety protocols, and company procedures.
• Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
• Monitor inventory levels for cleaning supplies and detergents
• Conduct quality checks on completed orders to ensure customers’ expectations are met
• Address customer complaints or issues related to production or delivery.
• Maintain production and delivery records for performance tracking.
• Must be computer literate
• Must have great attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

·         Must have a High School diploma or equivalent

·         Minimum 1 year of experience in production management, retail management, or a related role

·         Must have strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

·         Must have good communication and written skills

·         Must have prior leadership and team management skills

·         Must have problem solving, team management, and decision-making skills

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics/production software.
