Exact Staff is currently hiring in Valencia, CA for a Shipping & Receiving Clerk!

Join a dependable warehouse team in a full-time, temp-to-hire role where you'll play a key part in keeping daily shipping and receiving operations running accurately and on time.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Pay Rate: $20.00/HR

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
• Prepare and process outgoing orders accurately and on time
• Maintain inventory records and assist with cycle counts
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and RF scanners
• Load and unload trucks safely
• Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and documentation
• Coordinate with team members to meet daily shipping deadlines
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of shipping & receiving or warehouse experience preferred
• Experience with inventory systems and RF scanners a plus
• Forklift experience or certification a plus
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office preferred)
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Bilingual preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
