Job Description:

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative in Valencia, CA. As the Customer Service Representative, you are the first point of contact for customers. This role provides friendly, professional support by answering questions, processing orders, and resolving issues. In a fast-paced environment and communicate with customers across different regions.


  • Location: Valencia, CA
  • Pay: $20.50/hr.
  • Schedule: Monday- Friday | Temp – Hire

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer calls, emails, and inquiries promptly
  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls
  • Process customer orders and verify pricing and availability
  • Provide order updates, tracking information, and delivery support
  • Manage exchanges, returns, and warranty issues
  • Support mail, package, and courier handling
  • Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures
  • Deliver a positive customer experience on every interaction

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
  • Friendly, confident, and professional communication skills
  • Strong written, verbal, and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to multitask and stay organized
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate’s degree or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of customer service or sales experience preferred

 

Work Environment:

  • Desk-based role with regular computer use
  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs occasionally
