Bakersfield, CA | Full-Time | First Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Exact Staff is hiring skilled Case Managers for our client in Bakersfield, CA. Candidates must have a strong background in social services and behavioral management. Under the supervision of management staff, the Case Manager will provide supportive services to individuals and low-income families, helping them access resources and connecting them with the appropriate support programs. What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide case management services to clients with social service and behavioral needs
• Conduct intake interviews and assessments to identify client needs, goals, and matching resource programs
• Develop individualized service plans and monitor progress toward goals
• Connect clients with community resources, housing options, and supportive programs
• Provide behavioral management guidance and support to clients and families
• Maintain accurate and timely records, reports, and case documentation
• Collaborate with outside agencies, service providers, and internal teams to ensure effective support
• Conduct home visits, outreach, and follow-ups as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in social services, behavioral health, or case management
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
• Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality
• Computer literacy and strong organizational skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Must be able to communicate effectively in person and by phone
• Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and travel locally for home visits and client support
• Ability to occasionally lift/move up to 35 lbs

Pay, Schedule, and Location:

• Pay Rate: $20.51/hour
• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
• Shifts Available: First Shift, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Location: Bakersfield, CA
• Temp-to-hire opportunity
