We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in Bakersfield, CA. This full-time role requires strong proficiency in QuickBooks and ADP payroll processing. The ideal candidate will handle daily financial transactions, payroll, and general bookkeeping duties to ensure accuracy and compliance

Temp to Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $25/HR (DOE)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
• Process payroll and manage employee records through ADP
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies
• Assist with invoicing, billing, and expense tracking
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes

Requirements:

• Proven bookkeeping experience (2+ years preferred)
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and ADP (REQUIRED)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and payroll processing
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
