Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher (Bilingual Required)

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00AM-4:30PM & Friday 8:30AM-4:00PM

Hourly Pay: $18.00-$19.00 (DOE)

 

We are seeking a reliable and professional Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, experience handling phone calls, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
• Schedule and dispatch service calls
• Make appointments and follow up with customers
• Assist walk-in customers
• Communicate effectively with field technicians
• File invoices and maintain organized records
• Enter invoices and sales receipts into QuickBooks
• Navigate QuickBooks to retrieve customer information

 

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and phone skills (required)
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word
• Working knowledge of Outlook Mail
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software (preferred, but willing to train the right candidate)
• Experience in handling invoices and business records preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to learn quickly
