Exact Staff is seeking for a reliable and motivated Electronics Claims Processor to join a fast-paced Medical Family Practice Organization in Bakersfield, CA. If you are looking for steady full-time work, weekly pay, and an opportunity to grow with a strong team, we want to hear from you.

This position is ideal for individuals with strong knowledge of billing practices for Medicare and Commercial Insurance Providers, along with hands-on experience in patient account management, processing electronic medical claims.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Process electronic claims submissions in a timely and accurate manner
• Review claims for errors and ensure compliance with payer requirements
• Follow up on rejections, denials, and unpaid claims
• Communicate with payers to resolve billing issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of claims activity
• Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve patient billing inquiries

Qualifications:

·         Must have a high school diploma or GED

• Minimum 3 years of experience in patient accounts
• Experience with Medicare and commercial physician billing required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of medical billing software and claim submission platforms

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Pay Rate: $22/HR
• Schedule: Full-Time
• Shifts Available: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
• Location: Bakersfield, CA
