Exact Staff is seeking for a detail-oriented and creative Entry-Level Social Media Coordinator to support with recruiting and marketing efforts. This role will focus on promoting job opportunities, enhancing on site and off site events, and engaging with candidates through all social media platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, analyzing performance across various platforms, and able to assist within a fast paced environments,
Full time - Temp-to-hire
Pay Rate: $18-20/ HR
Location: Bakersfeild, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content highlighting job openings, hiring events, and daily company updates
- Promote open positions across social media platforms, like Job Boards, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, to attract qualified candidates
- Monitor social media channels and respond to candidate inquiries, comments, and messages promptly
- Collaborate with team to gather job requirements, coordinate events, and compelling into social media posts
- Assist in developing and maintaining a content calendar aligned with hiring needs and campaigns
- Track and report on social media performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and applicant conversions
- Research industry trends, local labor market insights, and competitor activity
- Help build and maintain the company’s employer brand and online presence
- Support marketing campaigns for job fairs, hiring events, and client promotions
- Follow up with applicants incoming from all social media platforms
- Flyer creation to promote onsite and offsite events, job opportunities, and company requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
- Interest in recruiting, staffing, or human resources
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and job posting strategies
- Basic knowledge of social media management tools, like Canva
- Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to create clear, engaging job-related content
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
- Basic understanding of recruiting or applicant tracking systems
- Experience with content creation, flyers, short videos, and captions)
- Knowledge of employment branding and candidate engagement strategies
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
